Richard has in excess of 30 years in the chemical industry in various sales & marketing roles. Retired from The Dow Chemical Company to start ALLPURE Waste & Water Treatment, Inc., a E-Business company as a vertical entry supplier via the Internet. Richard has worked with various industries within the chemical supply ranks over this span of time. Developed and market tested the software over a span of 5 years to ensure its functionality.

Sherman E. Bryant, President/ COO

Sherman has more that 17 years in software and technology. He experience includes Merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, and Software Development with firms such as Gartner Inc "Gartner Group", and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Jesse Storr, CFO

Jesse has almost 27 years in the chemical industry. His background includes logistic services, sales, marketing, sales force automation and international business operations. He retired from Dow Chemical in 1996 and formed a management-consulting firm before joining the Mays Chemical Company in 1997.
